Bulky Items Shipping and Handling Nationwide

  • Items flagged as bulky will incur a fee of $5+GST per item. 
  • If there are more than 3 bulky items per order, this will have a flat rate of $15+GST

Shipping Auckland 

  • Free freight on all orders over $150+GST within Auckland areas.
  • Orders less than $150+GST will incur a freight fee of $6+GST.
  • Delivery takes 1-3 working days to most urban areas.

Shipping Rest of North Island

  • Orders less than $350+GST will incur a freight fee of $25+GST.
  • Orders more than $350+GST will incur a freight fee of $50+GST.
  • Delivery Takes 1-3 working days to most urban areas.

Shipping South Island

  • Orders less than $350+GST will incur a freight fee of $30+GST.
  • Orders more than $350+GST will incur a freight fee of $60+GST.
  • Delivery Takes 2-4 working days to most urban areas.

Rural Shipping

  • Orders less than $350+GST will incur a freight fee of $30+GST.
  • Orders more than $350+GST will incur a freight fee of $60+GST.

Dispatch

  • Same day dispatch if the order is placed by 1 PM.
  • Does not apply if goods are out of stock or need to be special ordered.
  • Please allow an extra 1-2days for rural deliveries and DG freight.

Returns and Credit

A1 Safety & Packaging NZ reserve the right to decline return/refund requests.
Returns must be made within three days of receipting goods. A 20% restocking fee will apply.

Returns can only be processed if items are in a sealable condition and notification is within three days of receipt. We will issue a credit to your account or Credit Card. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will replace any merchandise received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error.

This must be claimed within 3 days of receipting goods.

No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
